Formally Known as Casa Demae, Villa Eden has gone through some changes under the new management in September 2009. The Villa has always been well maintained and you can’t beat the location across fromLos Arcos National Marine Park, but the décor and furnishings had become quite worn and dated.
Previously a 5 bedroom villa, we added a 6th bedroom with its own private balcony so Villa Paraiso can now accommodate 12 guests comfortably (maximum 14).
On the main terrace we’ve added a BBQ area, improved the bar with more seating, and put in a shower.
For the upper terrace we’ve added a dipping pool, bathroom, shower and a wet bar as well as a private lounging area.
With the help of a professional design person we’ve done a total make over to the décor of Villa Eden.
The beds have all been upgraded with posturepedic pillow top mattresses, assorted pillows and 400 count linens for your sleeping comfort.
The curtains, bedding and accessories are all new and we’ve equipped each room with flat screen TV’s, and Star Choice HD Satellite system.
The furnishings in the living area have been replaced to add to the ambience of this Grand Area and the entertainment center has been equipped with a 52” flat screen TV with Star Choice HD Satellite and great sound system throughout to accommodate the inside and outside living areas.
It also has DVD, VCR and an I-Pod docking station.
We also improved the beach area and added a Fire Pit in the sand where you can enjoy the pleasures of anopen fire complete with roasted marshmallows and other campfire goodies while listening to the sounds of the waves rolling in.
Or you can relax under the palms and sway to the motion of the waves in one of our hammock areas, great for reading a book or that afternoon nap. |
