El Banco beach is astounding and very private (no passers-by) unlike the comparable large villas nearby.
This world class villa is superbly appointed and is equipped with top shelf everything, from:

Main Palapa
Surrounded by stunning ocean views and sun bathed terraces, the oval shaped terrace is elegantly furnished with oversized sofas, hand embroidered fabrics, indigenous art and renowned Mexican craft works that contribute to the ambience of this villa, the perfect hideaway for urban life and stresses to slip away. The mesmerizing view of the ocean merging with the edge of the pool is an encounter with beauty that leaves a long lasting impression.
Dining area
Hosted under the roof of the main palapa, this space is surrounded by terraces which seem to float over an infinity pool, the dining table overlooks the drama of the Pacific sunsets from a sheltered and quiet viewpoint.
A tropical wood table, designed to seat from 8 to 16 people comfortably, complements the character of this palm thatched space. For smaller groups there is a dinning area that can host up to 10 people in the family room, or on the family room terrace.
Family room
Aside from being a protected air-conditioned retreat, the family room is also a most comfortable space to watch a movie, listen to music or for a backgammon game, or a dining area. All these amenities can be enjoyed while gazing to wonderful vistas of the ocean, terraces and beach below.

As you enter its embracing space, the master's suite welcomes you by a beautiful table in it's lobby; from it's foyer, one discovers a spacious yet cozy room connected to an outdoor terrace with commanding vistas of distant mountains and islands. At upper level, from a king size bed that looks straight to the water and the sea beyond, these rooms are complemented by an outdoor terrace with a seating area facing the sea.

With two queen size beds and a seating area by the window this charming room has open views to the ocean and gardens down below.

A the point of the property with great views of the mountains, this is a most suitable place for guest; it enjoys outdoor seating under the eve of the pergolas.

Privately located on the second floor, this spacious king size bedroom, has a charming balcony, and lounge area outside.
